To provide calorie tracking and progress features, we may process Health Data you choose to enter, such as:

You decide what Health Data to provide. Some features may not work without certain inputs (for example, calorie targets and progress tracking).

- Metadata associated with your uploads (such as timestamps)
2.4 Usage data
We automatically collect Usage Data such as:
- Device type, operating system, and app version
- IP address (generally derived from your internet connection)
- Crash logs, performance data, and diagnostics
- Feature usage and interaction analytics
2.5 Notifications data
If you enable push notifications, we may process a device token provided by Apple to deliver notifications (for example, reminders and trial/subscription notices).
2.6 Purchases and subscriptions (billing)
The Service may offer subscriptions, including a 7-day free trial and a notification around day 6. Purchases are handled through Apple’s in-app purchase system. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We may receive limited information from Apple such as purchase status (active/expired), product identifiers, and timestamps to provide access and prevent fraud.
No refunds: to the extent permitted by law, purchases are non-refundable. Apple’s policies and your local consumer laws may provide additional rights.
3. How we use your data
We use collected information for purposes including:
- Provide and operate the Service (calorie tracking and progress features)
